The team comprises of Richmond Kwadwo Siaw Larbi, a music lover with Efua Hiagbe with the support of his sister Sylvia Adu Larbi. Kwadwo and his soul mate are two of a kind who are so passionate about making a turn around in the music industry. They are therefore into total music management, production and promotions.

While Kwadwo runs the companies office in the UK, Efua is in charge of their Ghana office.
